Today's site creation misery

I'm very new to using Drupal, so everything is an experiment. For some reason, I can't find a way to delete a book page - it's called "Writers' Chatroom". I had installed a module to that extent, which did not work, deleted the module, the page cannot be deleted, and the module can't be re-installed. So that page is dead for now, but I can't seem to find a way to get it OFF THE SITE. Grrr.

Plusses today: Found pleasant template (don't you think?). Found and installed "Advanced Forums" module which actually works and does what it's supposed to do! Whee. Uploaded a couple of stories into the Xena fanfic book: "Elemental, Pt. I" (it comes in five parts) and "Welcome Home".

Site still heavily under construction and changing by the minute!
